All of our company issued user devices exceed the hardware requirements, I would recommend 2 things that are not technical related if you have solid hardware on your endpoints already. but even after hours it is available at Stream with 360p only. But then when troubleshooting Teams an hour later, Teams was fine. That said, when bandwidth is insufficient, Teams prioritizes audio quality over video quality. The problems could be solved when you deleting the cache of Teams! I like Discord's solution: Tell it to optimize your screen share for text legibility and you get high-quality full-resolution captures at a low framerate to keep bandwidth and resource usage down. If you have Windows 10 (version 1903) installed, the setting to fix blurry apps is turned on by default. I am not sure, but believe the video quality is OK in "the other end" (at the recievers), and that is the most important thing. 2. But that was already clear, I guess. My Surface Pro cam works really well, Standard 720p or 1080 webcams seem to work quite well.
