She was preceded in death by her loving husband of seventy years, Howard Shelton McCallister. Mr. Whitfield was born December 16, 1952 in Valdosta, Georgia to Harold and Jewel Gilliam Whitfield. She loved spending time with her family but most enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren. Joseph Carl Joe Robinson went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with cancer.
